About The Crypto Brief
I started writing here for a simple reason. I was spending a lot of time reading about crypto regulation anyway, and I figured I might as well write down what I find.
There's a lot of noise in this space. Dense EU texts on one side, X hype on the other, and not much in between that's actually useful if you're trying to build something in crypto in Europe. That's the gap I'm trying to fill
Who writes this
My name is Celestino Dincă, I am a Romanian-qualified lawyer and member of the Bucharest Bar. I have seven years of experience in civil litigation and regulatory matters, and I've been closely following, and working within, the intersection of law and crypto.
